Menus
Please note these are all sample menus (apart from the Christmas one). Because we used to change them so often it wasn’t practicable to put them on here every time. As a quick explanation though our Lunch menu used to run from Tuesday ’til Saturday. The Evening menu ran from Monday ’til Saturday and on a Sunday from midday until 8pm. Please call us on 01473 225501 but no-one will answer because we’re closed.

Dinner menu (& Sunday menu)
This used to change quite often so what was actually on was usually slightly different.
But it all used to be lovely stuff – call if you have any special requests. On Sundays there was always a roast on – it changed every week.
Christmas 2017 – YES, IT’S HERE ALREADY. Except that now it’s not. Well, the menu is. 2016 price applied until end of June 2017 for all you early birds. Which is now irrelevant as we’re closed.
Lunch menu – changed every day, don’t give us a buzz to see what’s on at the mo because there’s no more food service.

Cliff Quay Bitter (3.4%)
An amber bitter with pale, crystal & black malts,
glorious fragrant honey aroma, deep & malty with
back hints of marmalade & toffee – a satisfying easy drinking beer.
Earl Soham Victoria Ale (3.6%)
Light, hoppy and bitter using standard pale ale and
crystal malt mix with first gold and pilot hops.
Tolly Roger (4.2%)
A pale sunrise ale, brewed using no coloured malt,
intense aroma of citrus and flowers. Lovely complex flavours of malt,
sweetness, bitter oranges and honeysuckle.
